The use of mesh prosthesis to repair incisional hernias has superiority to suture repair in preventing recurrence. But the management of mesh infection after incisional hernia repair is a difficult clinical problem in surgical practice. We report the use of vacuum assisted closure (VAC) therapy in a patient with infected dual mesh after graft excision.
