Although surgical management of symptomatic PP is common and often necessary, conservative treatments such as pessaries, pelvic floor muscle training, or both can usually result in symptomatic improvement. The aim of our study was to provide a systematic literature review the objective and subjective evaluation of PP patients and the treatment methods in both surgical and nonsurgical management of PP.
