Benign perineal masses are rare entities especially in males. We report two cases of benign perianal masses. Radiologic images showed cystic masses in the perianal area in both of the cases. We performed total excision for histopathological assessment. Th e pathology was benign epidermal cyst in one and benign infected epidermal cyst in the other.
